Basic Mutant

Here's the first few thumbnails i've done for the frogtown project. I wanted to make mutated people that would act as a basic enemy. I decided to go with the middle one. I thought he had interesting potential with carrying around an oxygen thank. Maybe he would swing it as a weapon or something. I hope you like it:)

Hell Comes To Frogtown

Hell Comes to Frogtown (1988) is a movie that takes place in a post apocalyptic world that has gone through several nuclear wars. As a result of the radiation, frogs and toads evolve into a more human like creature. I saw this movie when i was about 12 and for some it has recently come back into my life. Its a bit silly but my love and curiosity for this movie is leading me to do a redesign of it as if it were to be made into a video game. I'll be posting up characters, vehicles, props, etc. with the frogtown logo i made below to show its all part of the same project. I hope you enjoy this journey as much is i think i will:)

zombie sf

This is a really old image. It's my first attempt at an illustration and it is for one of my personal projects called "zombie sf." The central figure shows one of the three main characters. Expect to see a lot more from this project in the future;)

Huck Finn

Some older work from a school project where we broke into teams and took on doing a sci-fi twist on the classic huck finn tale. The team i was involved in choose to do a near future setting where huck joined up with a group of mercenaries to help save Jim, a drug ridden, slowly mutating, human. The concepts below are characters for Huck, Jim, King (a traveling salesman/transforming war robot), and an environment for cairo (a hidden city that helps huck and jim start their path to safety). It was a great team of myself, Karlo Ortiz, Cole Eastburn, Ashley Swidowski, and Ama Busia.

here we go!

Hey everyone, i thought i would start a separate blog for the concept art and illustration stuff i do. I really hope you guys enjoy checking out the different stuff i've been doing for learning and fungineering purposes:) here we go.
